Based in Devon, we’re a family of restauranteurs who have made this beef the heart of our kitchens — because it’s simply the best. Raised by small-scale farmers on the rugged pastures of Dartmoor, our heritage-breed cattle are naturally tender, richly marbled, and full of flavour.

Each cut is dry-aged in-house with care and precision, allowing time and craftsmanship to transform it into something truly extraordinary.
